Customer Success Specialist (Cybersecurity Focus)

Now, we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist with a strong background in vulnerability detection, analysis, and remediation to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they get the most out of Trusteed’s solutions. You’ll proactively guide them, analyze their security posture, and help them achieve their cybersecurity goals. What You’ll Do:
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the setup process and ensure they understand how to use Trusteed effectively.
- Proactive Support: Monitor customer usage and security posture, providing proactive recommendations to optimize their experience.
- Vulnerability Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify vulnerabilities and suggest actionable remediation steps.
- Reporting & Insights: Create regular reports on customer security status and product usage, highlighting key metrics and improvements.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions and webinars to help customers maximize the value of Trusteed’s solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with the product and development teams to drive improvements.
- Retention & Growth: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in vulnerability detection, analysis, and remediation, or equivalent cybersecurity projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerability scanning, risk assessment, and remediation strategies.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for helping customers succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms or working in a customer success role.
